Returns are accepted, unused/unpowered within 15 (fifteen) days of purchase.
Original shipping costs and handling fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on returned orders above $1000 within 15 (fifteen) days of the purchase date. Returns will not be accepted afterwards.
Damaged products must be claimed within 5 (five) days of delivery.

- Products purchased (part numbers) that you are having issues with
- History of what you were doing with the product
- If you believe this is a warranty or non-warranty return/repair
Warranty
All products have a 30 (thirty) day warranty from the purchase date. Escape Room Techs reserves the sole right decide if to repair or replace products. Products will be returned in the same shipping service level as they are returned to us if return found to be under warranty.
